Introduction

Having a maintenance request module improves the efficiency and organization of maintenance. It facilitates management and monitoring in real time, ensuring quick and orderly responses. Centralizes communication between the maintenance team and other areas, reduces asset downtime and provides a detailed history of requests and actions, improving transparency and decision making.

Creating a Request

This article provides a detailed guide for creating requests on the platform. Follow these steps to complete your request:

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access the "Requests" Module:

    1. Navigate to the "Requests" module by clicking on "Requests".

  2. Select "New Request":
    1. Click on "New Request" to start a new request.

  3. Enter Required Information:
    1. Fill in the required information. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  4. Choose an Action:
    1. After entering the information, you'll find three options in the upper right corner of the screen:
      1. Save: Saves the information and records the request.
      2. Save and Create Work Order (WO): Saves the request and allows you to create a Work Order (WO), displaying the relevant configuration options. It is recommended to review the article on creating Work Orders.
      3. Cancel: Cancels the entered information and does not save the request.

Note:

  • If you need to add additional fields, you can do so from the settings in the "Requests" module. Refer to the article on "Portal Configuration" for more details.
