Introduction
MPindustries allows you to manage different sites or branches of the
organization, centralizing management and improving operational
efficiency throughout the company. It facilitates the coordination and
monitoring of maintenance activities, optimizing the use of resources
and providing a global and unified vision of the status and performance
of assets. In addition, it simplifies reporting and comparative analysis
between different sites, improving strategic decision making.
Sites allow you to group your company into units responsible for specific functions, such as production, management, and administration. These units can be identified by their physical location (e.g., south plant or administration building) or by their hierarchical level (e.g., directors, departments, teams). The purpose of these divisions is to facilitate coordination, logistics, and control of maintenance activities.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Create a New Site:
- Click on "Create Site" at the top. A new window will appear where you need to fill in the requested information.
Assign Users:
- In the "Assigned Users" section, you can select previously created users who will be able to view and modify the new site and all related information.
In to the Address field:
- Enter the complete address of the site, plant, or branch that you are adding.
Custom Fields Example:
- In this example, "Region" is a custom field that was previously created.
Save the Site:
- Once all the information is filled in, click "Save".
