Creating Users, Roles and Managing Permissions

The user creation feature allows you to add all the personnel from your company involved in maintenance service processes to the platform.

NOTE: To add users, you must have an Administrator profile within the platform. Remember that you can only create users if you have available slots in your subscription. Active users are those with an active account. Total users are the ones included in your subscription.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Click on your "Avatar" located in the upper right corner of the screen. From the dropdown list, click on "Settings".
  2. Navigate to Users/Profiles:

    • In the "Settings" screen, click on "Users/Profiles". This window will display all the users currently registered.
  3. Add New Users:

    • Click on the "Add Users" button at the top to start adding new users.
  4. Complete User Form:

    • Fill out the form with the user's information and select the Role or profile you want to assign. Remember to copy the automatically generated password to share with the new user. Use the copy icon to do this.

    TIP: If you forget the password, the user can request a password change on the login screen by selecting "Forgot my password".

  5. Save User Profile:

    • Once the user profile is configured, click "Save" to complete the addition.
  6. Return to Navigation Menu:

    • Click on your "Avatar" in the mpservices navigation bar.
  7. Access Subscription and Profile Options:

    • A menu will appear with the following options:
      • Subscription: View all details related to your membership.
      • My Profile: View and customize your basic information.
      • Settings: Configure company details, user roles and permissions, manage clients, assets, notifications, and views.
      • Logout: Log out of your account.
  8. Select Users/Profiles Module:

    • In the new settings screen, select "Users/Profiles" from the left-hand menu.
  9. Create New Profile:

    • In the "Users/Profiles" screen, click on "New Profile" located in the upper right corner.
  10. Configure Profile Permissions:

    • Enter the name of the new profile and toggle permissions on or off as needed.

    • Each module has permissions for View, Create, Edit, and Delete. Additionally, the Assets and Work Orders modules have the option to only view and edit if the user is assigned to the asset or the work order.

    • You can also grant permissions for accessing settings, exporting tables, and managing users.

  11. Save Profile Settings:

    • Once you have configured the permissions, click "Save".

By following these steps, you can efficiently create and manage user profiles and permissions, ensuring proper access and control within the platform.

2. Inside the Settings screen, giveclick on "Users/Profiles".In this window you could view all the users you have discharged.


Click on Usuarios


3. On the top side you would find the bottle"Add Users",click to start adding them.

Click on AGREGAR USUARIOS

4.Complete the formwith user information andselect the Role or profileyou want to assign him. Don't forget to copy the password that is generated automatically to share with the new user you're creating. Select the copy icon.

TIP: If you forget the password, the user could request a change in the login by selecting "forget my password".

Click on Perfil


5. Since the user profile is configured, it givesclick on "Save"to finish adding it.

Click on GUARDAR

6.Click on your Avatarin the mpservice navigation bar.

Click on R

7. A number of the following options would be deployed:
Subscription: Here you could visualize everything related to your membership.
  1. My profile:here you could view and customize your basic information.
  2. Settings: here you can set up your company details, user roles and permissions, manage your customers, assets, notifications and visualizations.
  3. Logout:This option could leave your account by closing meetings.
For the creation of users and permissions you have to giveclick on "Settings".

Click on AJUSTES


8. A left-side menu would appear on this new screen, in you could choose which module you want to set up.Click on "Users/Profiles".

Click on mailbox folders



9. Inside the new screen, click on "New Profile", at the top right.


10.The next screen would be displayed, enter the name of the profile you want to create and turn permissions on or off.

To have permissions to view the information active the switch of the documents that this profile can access.



Each item has View, Create, Edit and Delete permissions. In addition, asset rules and work orders have the option of only seeing and editing whether the user is assigned to the asset or whether the users is assigned to the work order.

You can also grant permissions to enter settings, export tables and manage users.

11.Once you have the user's permissions configured, giveClick on "Save".
