Inventory Entry and Exit Movements
In this article we will explain to you about the Inventory Movements and the different fields that make up it.
1. In this view, we have a table showing all the input and output movements generated in the system, along with a button to create a new movement.
2. By clicking create a new move, you could visualizethis new window. Within it you could consult all the information needed to record and create a new movement in the system.
3. Type of movement:This field presents a drop-down list where you can define whether the movement would be an entry or output. A warehouse entry concerns the operation we use to increase the amount of some previously loaded into the system. On the other hand, warehouse exit operation does the opposite by reducing the amount of existence.
4. Field Reference:It is used to put some observation concerning movement, such as important reason or notes as to why the movement is made.
5. Replacement selection:In this area, we are looking for the spare part on which we wish to make the movement. All spare parts that have previously been created in the system would be listed here..
6. Quantity:That is where we record the amount corresponding to the spare part we have selected.
7. Add a new spare part and save:After registering the spare parts, we can add more at any time for the ongoing movement. Then just click on the "Save" button.
8. Loading a Movement:You can see how the movement we have just made is recorded in the list, adding an additional row to the table.
