Subscription and billing management
Within mpservices you can self-manage your Business subscription without resorting to one of our executives. In this article you would find a simple guide to doing so.
In the case of Mexico and Colombia, your invoice would arrive 3 days after your purchase. For other countries, we ask you to write to
sales@mpservices.appwithin 6 days of your purchase so that you can generate your invoice in time.
1. To manage your subscription first click on your "Profile". From the drop-down that would appear, click on "Subscription"
2. In the new view you would have, click on "Manage Suscription".
3. Inside the new screen you could find information about your current one. The first fields you should fill out are those corresponding to the Billing Data, for which you click on "Update Data".
8. A new window would appear with all the data to be filled, please check your information carefully as this data would produce your invoice. Once your information is completed, click "Save".
9. The next thing to fill is your payment method. Click on "Add payment method".
10. Complete the details of the card to which your payments would be domiciled. At the end, click on "Add".
11. Once your billing information is completed and your payment method has been added, click on the "Change Plan" button.
12. In this new window you could choose whether you want to pay for a monthly or annual plan and the plan you want between Free, Starter or Business. You will also have to add the number of users you want to acquire. Once you have selected what you want to acquire, you could view your subtotal, click "Continue" to complete your payment.
