  5. Update the Stage:

    • In the general tab, the first part allows you to update the stage of the WO. This can also be done by selecting and dragging the WO between stages in the kanban view of WOs.

  6. Update Date and Time:

    • The top section is for updating the date and time information, which also calculates the time spent on the WO. On the right side, you can update the assigned users if another user’s intervention is needed for specific tasks.

  7. Asset Information:

    • The next section contains information about the asset where the WO activities will be carried out.

  8. Task List:

    • To mark a task as completed, select the checkbox on the left. You can also add a new task if needed. As tasks are marked, the completion percentage on the right will increase.

  9. Readings and Measurements:

    • If the WO requires measurements, you can record the obtained readings here.

  10. Labor hours:

    • You can add the hours that a technician spends to do the tasks. It can be manual, or automatic if the WO was assigned to a user.
