This guide will walk you through configuring work orders. Follow these steps to ensure your settings are correctly applied.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Settings:

    • Click on your avatar to start configuring work orders.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • In the dropdown menu, click on "Settings".

  3. Go to Work Orders:

    • In the left-hand menu, select "Work Orders".

  4. Enter Edit Mode:

    • Once inside, click on the upper right corner to enter edit mode.

  5. Edit Labels:

    • In edit mode, you can change label names by double-clicking on the name.

  6. Add New Stages:

    • To include a new stage in your process, go to the bottom of the screen. There, you’ll find a space to write the label for the new stage and a button to add it.

  7. Define Process Stages:

    • You need to select the starting and ending stages for the WO process.

  8. Set Stage Visibility:

    • You can also choose which profiles can view each stage.

  9. Add Failure Types and Causes:

    • At the bottom, there are two boxes to add types of failures and causes, useful for recording common issues.

  10. Enable Automatic Creation:

    • If you check the "Automatic Creation" box, work orders will be generated automatically 48-72 hours before their scheduled date.
  11. Select Work Days:

    • Choosing the workdays that best suit your company's needs can improve efficiency and work quality. This allows for better planning, avoiding delays, and optimizing resources.
  12. Configure PDF Display:

    • Finally, decide what information will be displayed when generating a PDF of your work orders. Remember to save your changes to apply them.
