Managing Inventory Inflows and Outflows

In this section, you will learn how to easily and quickly manage the flow of your inventory products. You can register product inflows and outflows, whether for purchases or usage in work orders. This will help you maintain stock control, prevent shortages, and optimize your resources.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Access Inventory Movements:

    • Go to the "Inventory" module and click on "Movements".
  2. View Warehouse Movements:

    • A new screen will appear, showing the movements of the previously created warehouses.
  3. Expand Existing Movements:

    • Click on a warehouse to expand and view its existing movements. To create a new movement, click on "Create Movement" located in the upper right corner.
  4. Enter Movement Details:

    • A screen will appear with fields to complete:
      • Warehouse: Select the warehouse to which the product belongs.
      • Type: Indicate the type of movement, whether it is an inflow or outflow.
      • Reference: Provide the reason for the movement, whether related to a work order (WO) or product delivery.

  5. Select Products and Quantities:

    • After completing the initial details, select the product(s) affected, the quantity, and if it is an inflow, include the unit cost.
  6. Add More Products ( Repeat as Necessary):

    • Click the "Add Product" button to include additional products in your movement.
    • Repeat this process as many times as necessary until all products are registered.

  7. Save the Movement:

    • Once all products are entered, click "Save" to record the movement.
